Welcome to Dolly’s Farm. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

• This website is operated on the Wix platform.

• Dolly’s Farm provides accommodation packages for group bookings only (minimum guest numbers apply).

• All prices, packages, and details shown on this website are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings (£100 for individual properties, £200 for whole farm).

• Full payment must be made by the agreed date prior to arrival.

• Prices are charged per person, per package as outlined on our website.

• Minimum guest numbers apply to all bookings. Children are welcome only after minimum adult numbers are met, and are charged at £40pp.

• No booking is confirmed until a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may be charged in full.

• We recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. Use of Property

• Check-in is from 3:00pm; check-out is 11:00am unless otherwise agreed.

• The accommodation is for private use only and must not exceed the agreed number of guests.

• We operate a no pet policy.

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition. Any damages or extra cleaning may result in additional charges.

• Noise should be kept to a respectful level, especially during late evening hours, to avoid disturbance to neighbours.

5. Liability

• Dolly’s Farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety while using facilities such as the hot tubs.

6. Website Use

• Content, images, and text on this website are the property of Dolly’s Farm and may not be reproduced without permission.

• While we aim to keep all information accurate, Dolly’s Farm cannot guarantee that descriptions or availability shown online will always be error-free.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
